By accessing or using the jaya6 platform at jaya6.bio, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with jaya6's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jaya6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jaya6 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if jaya6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jaya6's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms & Conditions, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to jaya6 in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jaya6 does not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

jaya6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jaya6 will notify registered users by posting an updated version of the Terms & Conditions on this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number associated with your account.

Your continued use of the jaya6 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
